Bloody hell. Didn’t realise something as innocuous as saying man united fans are horrible would upset people. Jesus.

Maybe I met different mancs to the ones you met through the late nineties.

The only time I can remember is doing similar was Rodwell to City back in 2012.
Probably be getting loads for Harry Wilson and Brewster too.
Ibe and Solanke were surely dodgy. Two promising but nothing special youngsters. Think certain Bournemouth officials’ bank accounts need investigating.

I think in retrospect you’re right. The fee was fantastic given how his career planned out. But I wonder how he would he have done if he’d have stayed at Everton. The lad did have talent and seemed to have a good thing going with Big Kev Campbell.
The fact that Jeffers seems to have been a bit of a nob didn’t help though.

I love that the customers of Murderpool FC and the redshise echo, have completely ignored the fact that de bestest midfielder in de werld ever, Thiago, gave away a penalty and was playing against 10 men for his 45 minute, whilst he was spraying around all these unbelievable 3 yard passes, absolutely no where near the opposition penalty box - let's get it right, he was more a danger in his own teams area than he was to the opposition!

Not like the reds to show selective memory though is it - they still keep the Hysel airbrush is full working order, the mutants!

Like most on here, I have friends and colleagues who are RS. Most are decent people but I rarely talk footy with them. If I do it’s only in a very general way.
Even otherwise good RS have that total blind spot to what happened in 1985.
For us Blues the fact that the best team in our history never got to almost certainly lift the 1986 European Cup. Howard Kendall could very easily have won as many ECs as Carlo.
Obviously this pales when considering what happened to those poor Juventus fans who never came home.
