Maybe. But if the only evidence is her testimony and he denies it, I can't see how there's a case that the police could make.

The red twiterrati will have her name dragged through the mud irregardless.

My guess is that the rs will move him on soon enough. Saleable, not brilliant but very competent team player and just get rid of any sniff of scandal. Another one to brush under the carpet.
