ECHO Comment: "Fears of Witch-hunt Against Liverpool FC" part 3

The guy definitely goes the distance.

You know @havrey0123 you could be quite a content kopite really but youve been pretending to be a miserable blue for too long now. You didn't realise at first but your subconscious embraced it.
Soon you were pretending to be blue when you weren't online, just for a few moments. But then a few minutes longer. Then an hour. Now when you wake up you feel disappounted, you feel blue. You caught yourself booing the milkman the other day.
You know you are nearing the point of no return.
He’s gone full Serpico at this point.

Sky actually saying they're already champions....clearly missed maths at school

sky say this at the beginning of every season and the majority of the way through it. They even said it at the end of last season when they weren’t champions. They can say it all they want. Until there’s an official announcement announced event about games continuing or some sort of agreement reached that honours current league placing last then they’re not champions.

What an absolute wrongun, even Klopp has come out recently and said football isn’t important at a time like this, essentially resigning himself to the season being finished. Who gave this weird dinner lady a microphone?
To be fair, when your imaginary Fifa World Player of the Year, you need an imaginary league medal to balance out the empty spots on your mantelpiece.

That would rather depend on the terms of the sponsors contracts, wouldn't it?
I’d imagine all the sponsors don’t pay anything at all until the end of the season and their contracts give them a legal right to just not pay if the league is cancelled due to circumstances beyond anyone’s control. That’s definitely what I’d agree to if I were running a PL club.

If the season is cancelled none of the sponsors will pay, the season has to be finished one way or another, preferably completed out in full or finished as is and the sponsors only have to pay a discounted figure.

And they won't be unless the season is finished. It doesn't matter if they hand it to them. They won't be champions.
