ECHO Comment: "Fears of Witch-hunt Against Liverpool FC" part 3

Well, even when they play terribly they win, time and time again. They win at all costs, constantly. They have an almost unparalleled pattern of grinding out the results. 18 on the spin, jesus. When did we last even win 3 games on the spin? Have we ever even won more than about 6 on the spin in the past 30 years? Ffs, the sooner some other team improves the better.

They got beat last week Archie.

I was listening to the Liverpool game in the car last night and as LFC were desperately pressing for a winner they had three penalty claims turned down.

Pat Nevin, co-commentating, became, for him, suprisingly bitter all of a sudden at the Kop heaping pressure on the ref to intimidate him into giving a pen.

Of course, remembering to sing from the hymnsheet, Nevin went into quick reverse and said that's good and it's what fans should do!

Salahs dive was worthy of a booking, moss actually gave the RS a free kick in the first half for west ham diving

It does help though that opposition keepers make inexplicable errors just when they need a goal.

Barcelona are still going on about that night. Their new manager has been talking about it today. I thought that they were supposed to be big game players, ridiculous the way they've let it affect them.

Hopefully Atletico have some balls in the second leg unlike the Barcelona wet wipes.
