I’ve barely seen anything to suggest anyone is upset, and it’s barely been talked about in person, but when it has been it’s been in relation the impact on the city/waterfront which is generally seen as positive.

Most people think it looks good too.

There are differences between how we’re viewing it to how you guys are, obviously.

But considering how obsessed reds are with Everton, the Anfield Wrap being a good example, this tells its own story. If there was a negative way to talk about this you can be sure they would, its proper piped a lot down who were waiting for it and hoping there would be somethng to laugh about.

wasn't so long ago you had Ricky Lambert upfront chief.

Football can change very quickly and football goes in cycles.

Look at the power shifts at City/Utd & Spurs/Arsenal.

Long term should the Liverpool Waters project really kick in and BMD be alongside mass investment in retail/leisure/business Everton as a club will benefit massively in terms of outside investment.

I've always said this wont change us in the next 4-5 years but in 10-15 years I think this will be a game changer for a potential power shift on Merseyside...
