ECHO Comment: "Fears of Witch-hunt Against Liverpool FC" part 2

Klopp saying Mane will only have 2 weeks off then 4 days to train and be ready for Norwich. I thought they had to have 3 weeks off or is it down to each clubs discretion?
Mane wont directly be pushed into action even after 2 weeks apparently. He will be eased into the fitness with Klopp following the recovery methods thats been proven in the Bundesliga. Apparently Klopp is keen on introducing this regimen to the Premier league. My colleague who is a Dortmund fan, tells me this.

So they don't like being roughed up, who'd have thought it. You'd hope a lot of teams would see that and kick them off the pitch, we all know how their manager likes to whine and moan, he'll eventually blow if teams wind his team up.

Klopp just generally hates it when any team has the temerity to just not roll over for them

Remember when he lost his mind because West Brom had the bare faced nerve to draw with them?

Jurgen Klopp: Everybody's mate until the chips are down

Heel have a whole sequel of books written about his excuses one day.

A story of wind and sun and fire and ice and World cup finals.

You just know he spent the whole of their parade hoping to see our ball boy.

That whole interaction summed him up for me

You'd walk over, shake the lads hand and have a joke with him

But not Klopp, he seemed to genuinely get wound up by it

It's a kid and you're an adult FFS, and he didn't even say anything that particularly bad

Get over yourself

There's something genuinely a bit sinister about Klopp

Great manager like, would never take that from him, but he comes across as a bit unhinged, and not in a charming way either

He intimidates the media and the referees alike and does it expertly. He knows exactly what he’s doing. He denigrates other clubs and creates sound bites for the commercial success of his own. Referees and pundits know that if they make a call against his team, or come out against him in the press, he is at the head of probably the most powerful propaganda system in football at the moment and could probably end the career of anyone he wanted.

That’s why prior to the CL win he had never been questioned at any point about trophyless seasons, his complete disregard for the FA Cup, his hypocrisy on not spending money, his tapping up of players. Meanwhile Mourinho Conte and Sarri have effectively been hounded out of jobs by the media despite having far more success than him.

He’s a sinister man who knows exactly what he’s doing in how he portrays this zany hipster uncle image yet let’s the mask slip whenever remotely threatened. The amount of times he’s come out against Everton alone when we’re a complete non entity in terms of competition at the top of the league is bizarre. Calling our football wild just because we haven’t rolled over for him every single time we’ve played them, trying to insinuate we’ve spent loads when his own club was outspending everyone in Europe. Even having a pop at us when he won the CL, in what should have been the height of his career he had Everton on his mind. Mind you Dalglish got so consumed with us that he blew up from the job twice, and Benitez was also unhealthily obsessed with us so he is at least following in a proud tradition of unhinged Liverpool managers.

I still find it mad that no media picked up on that time when just for a second after the derby it looked like Klopp was about to smack a 14 year old ball boy, the likes of Mourhino would of been hounded for weeks after that

The manager of one of the biggest clubs in the world blamed the wind, the length of the grass, the cold, and accurate use of VAR for not winning games and the whole establishment media just laughed along with it.

Imagine United getting knocked out of the FA Cup by West Brom at home and Mourinho on the back of a few trophyless seasons came out and said that the use of VAR had put off his players (even though VAR actually correctly chalked a WBA goal off and gave Liverpool a penalty). He’d have been absolutely hounded for weeks. When you own the brush though you can sweep what you want under the carpet.

Been saying this for a while, Remember him stopping himself at the last second with our ballboy when he was about to lose it and a few press conferences when they've lost have shown him ultra defensive and on the edge.
I will just love his fume if it doesn't go for them this season, here's hoping..........
