It's their general mindset that is the problem and that will not change - a precedent has been previously set. We could all reel over numerous appalling incidents!

Oh dear, I can envisage some reprisals for this. Excessive house decorations could be targeted for a few days. Good incentive for them to be removed before our own idiots get there.

The klopp thing, as infantile as it was, was a mural, the tower is a listed building iirc, part of the city's heritage and at the absolute heart of who we are.

I dunno. I just have a feeling that if you had won it, you might not be posting how it’s the ‘chumps league’ that means nothing.

It's still a prestigious trophy to win obviously (although it had more too winning it when it was the old European cup IMO) and I would give my right - arm to qualify for it next season, but it's laughable that they call it the 'Champions league'

The prestige has dropped year on year, it's the income stream that is important, it's why there's more pressure on qualifying than winning.
I'm at the point now where I'd be happy for a breakaway European franchise and for us to not be in it.

I sincerely doubt the CL is harder to win seeing as the final was between Liverpool and Tottenham. The name champions is utterly daft, as i said the other day, the Champions League has been a joke ever since 2005 when nobody had the foresight to think about a team winning it not being good enough to qualify for it the next season. If a team that lost to red star belgrade went on to win it, then i doubt it's harder to win than having to constantly beat champions of big leagues.
