The media pressure in the build up to this game has been ridiculous. Liverpool haven’t had anything like this despite being in exactly the same position numerous times this season. If City get past tonight watch Brighton morph into the best team on the planet. If City win the league and Barcelona knock them out of the CL then the collective disappointment is going to be enormous. The media have been crying this one in since the 2nd game of the season.
