Just keeps on getting better every time you see it.The slip is classic and the nutmeg is the icing on the cake.

The devil is a non existent entity dreamed up by early "christians" to keep the plebs in fear. How can you believe in a pact when it's a made up story..... lollol
While not disagreeing with the fact that the devil is a non-existent entity, I have to point out that it's supposed existence predates Christianity by a considerable amount. The idea of the devil being the driving force behind the rs' unbelievable luck over the years does make for a good story though lollollol

Tell Silva that he's still in charge of Hull City and see what happens. This is what it's all about. How come he can mobilise a basket case like Hull to beat the rats and not do it with us?
I'm relying purely on one of those football fairytale results. I think that's our best hope.
Telling him he's taking over at Hull next season, and it being true, far better.

Bizarre behaviour their CEO tweeting that they’re top of the league and then Klopp doing a one man propaganda show. Almost as if they’re panicking....

They are massively rattled. It is making a challenging situation a potentially toxic one.

I hate to say I told everyone so, but I predicted all of this. I predicted the loss of form in the late winter period and that the unrealistic expectation that they were going to outdo what City managed last season (and that they were somehow one of the great PL sides) was not just incorrect (and insulting) but also counter-productive.

They are really teetering. If they lose tonight heads fall off all over the shop. The next 3 for them, Watford, us and Burnley are for different reasons all potential banana skins.

I think a loss tonight combined with a City win would cause massive issues for them: same number of games, less points and an inferior goal difference.

Apart from conceding a few less goals, there is no way they can argue that they've been the better team and that will start to take its toll as momentum has gone.

I wonder what Geoff from west derby thinks about this ?
The Kopite comments to that article:

'Nimby scum'

'So a football company, which is a money making organisation like all football companies wants to do something with the land they already own?!? What’s the issue? If it was public land I would understand the ‘outcry’.'

'Doyle has got to be fatties little bell boy'

'Who gives a toss'

'These resident should stop moaning and move with the times, could be worse maybe build another prison for the locals'

'Why should liverpool.f.c. give melwood to the community when its there training ground the council or the community didn't pay for it to be built so why give it away for nothing to the community. If the community want it they should get the money together and offer liverpoo.f.c. the full price of the land and building.
'

The same divvies who talk a good talk about "Shanks the socialist" (which he wasn't, btw).
