ECHO Comment: "Fears of Witch-hunt Against Liverpool FC" part 2

It just got interesting, No Trent, Lovren or Gomez for the foreseeable and they loaned Clyne out.

It's going to be back to needing to score more than the opposition rather than clean sheets imo, a bit like last season pre-van-lezzie

it's so weird, i mean your right back getting a fairly bad injuries just days after you send his backup out on loan is such an everton that, kind of moment. But it's happened to them. I still don't know why they loaned out clyne, gomez was already injured at the time and i still think he's a better player than arnold who has just had a purple patch start to his career (so many players have done this at liverpool).

I'd probably even take clyne here in the summer seeing as he'll be fairly cheap. It's just a shame that they have a fair few glaring holes in that team and nobody really attacks it, watch no team target their right hand side now until arnold is back.

Not key players though... We need salah to pull his hamstring, they're done without him...

You'd like to think the season will start to take its toll on them (whereas City have the bigger squad, and their best player is now back and fresh).... Problem is I guess, the season takes its toll on the opposition too...

amazing how van dijk and mane would get regularly injured at soton if i remember and yet for over a year, not one of alisson, van dijk, mane, salah or firmino have had an actual injury. They've missed the odd game here or there, but barely two games in a row.

and before anyone mentions it, salah was not injured in the champions league final, he's just an utter softie who cried in front of millions on TV because he had a little fall.

It is weird, typically, they have easy games during this period

Absolute troll that every defender is injured except their best one by a country mile, of course :dodgy:

They’ll all come back quickly too. One of them fractures his ankle and is back in a few weeks whilst if one of our lads gets a tight calf you don’t see them again for a few months.
