I think he genuinely thought Rodwelll had broken Suarez's leg. My dad was at that game, and he told me he presumed Suarez was seriously injured at the time because of his reaction.

Yes, they add 30 seconds for each substitution and 30 seconds for each goal.

Against Leicester last week there was an injury to Richarlison which required the physio on the pitch and another for Zouma again requiring the physio. Leicester also decided at one point that they didn’t fancy taking a throw in and the ref pointed to his watch. These three incidents happened in the first half, additional time 1 minute. Independent time keeping required on my opinion
