ECHO Comment: "Fears of Witch-hunt Against Liverpool FC" part 2

I saw TAA as 16/17 as a cm and he got the absolute run around in a derby game (we won 5-0) and he was appalling. The change of position has gone well for him, however he had a massive jump last season. He's reverting a bit back to norm now.

Wan Bissaka will be Englands right back when Trippier is too old. I sense TAA will be a back up man a bit like Clyne (remember when he was world class?) was.

Clyne has disappeared...bizarre.

TTA suits their system i think but wan bissaka looks another level even at palace.

Was rumours he likes a line wasnt there?

No idea...just remember him being touted as 'world class' and looking quite decent when i saw him...then suddenly ousted for TAA.

Kenny looked better for England youth than TAA and i dont think he looks top notch either.

Fabinho was once a quality right back and im surprised they arent giving him a go there...

Dont see the fuss about Allison myself, Robertson looks good but not great...the central pairing of Gomes and VVD looks key i think.

'Tis the season to be a (insert invective).

they're so weird, ramos must be wondering what the hell is going on. everyone else has always accepted he plays on the edge but is a great winner, yet these weirdos stil won't let it slip. his 50/50 challenge didn't affect the result. This is why liverpool don't win anything, they keep buying players like van dijk and lovren who don't win anything and play the blame game when they lose. Van dijk wasn't anywhere near any of those three goals in that final and ramos ended up with the trophy, just let it go.

There were rumours that, if he were picked, he would fail a drug test and as such was put out to pasture until it all blew over with an injury. Who knows?

In that time, TAA has emerged and became their new 'world classsss' star and Clyne is now remembered as merely a 'stop gap' and nothing more than consistent.

Or that's how the red press are spinning it if recent article are anything to go by. I know opinions change over time, but it's almost as if he hasn't existed to them.

I'm still of the opinion that it wasn't a 50/50 challenge, that Salah committed a foul and then landed badly when Ramos didn't relinquish the arm that Salah had used to grab him.

Not that it matters.

At least good overcame evil on that day :)
