What a horrible day. First thing I thought of when I woke up was these rats. The flags are going in the windows, conversations can be heard, "where ya watchin de reds tonight la"? There's an unusual and unbearable amount of whistling going on, kids and adults on bikes with the devils colours.

Do you know what mate you’re convinced they’ll win , davek like every round is convinced they’ll lose . I don’t know I just hope they lose but life’s taught me that for all I’ll laugh and joke I can’t effect it so I’ll have a drink and a bet and keep my head down .

Like everything the fear of it is always worse than the reality , how bad can it be I remember them winning stuff every season so this if they win will be their second trophy in how many years ?

It's the whistling Dave, I can't stand the whistling. There something so smug about it. Oh, and the jolly "ha ha ha" after every 'kin sentence.

I've only got one flag left from the olden days. It's a union flag with "Everton" emblazoned across the middle, from our night in Rotterdam. It could be making a guest appearance tonight.

Thinking about Rotterdam today....what a night that was...pity we've been in managed decline since 1989....wouldn't it be great to get to a CL final. Not asking too much is it? the highlight of my 2017/18 season will be the rs losing tonight. What a pitiful boast that is...there certainly no highlights in our displays.
