I can just imagine the halftime scenes.
We've played poorly in the first 45 minutes and trail some crap team 2-0. Martinez walks into the dressing room, looks around and doesn't say a thing. Instead, he stands aside and Dunc walks in. He, too, doesn't say anything, but the look on his face "encourages" the lads on to a 3-2 win.

This was my thinking. He's getting a reputation as a good coach.

Definitely - I'm not suggesting he is just a bruiser, far from it. Looking to be a great coach, with the presence along with it.
