Important not to get carried away.

But I think one thing that Dunc realized, that Silva didn't, was that when you are playing a better team you don't try, and go toe to toe with them (to prove you are just as good) but disrupt and frustrate them.

To be fair, the first half performance after the goal worried me a lot. We looked like headless chickens for a while there, and just couldn't seem to keep possession for any amount of time. On other days, other teams will punish us for this, make no mistake....

Biggest thing for me today though, was that when we conceded a goal we didn't immediately collapse....

I am not one who thinks Silva was all bad. When it worked with him, I truly thought he had something, but there was a real mental fragility there, that seemed to make us incapable of conceding a goal, or suffering a setback under any circumstances.

Once the other team scored, we all knew what would happen...
