We'll probably sell to buy, as usual, but I doubt we'll see a mass clear out - Moyes has spent too long building this squad, on a relative pittance, to have to start all over again.

Devon lad, you do create some divvy threads at times. But you get replies to them so fair play lid

i believe like alot of clubs we borrow money against future ticket sales
and television money.
I am not a blinkered fan who gets personally attached to players i am a fan of the club and i feel the club will suffer next season if we don't get euro football.

will imo have a bearing on what we offer pienaar in his new contract.

Personally I believe the club are not stupid enough to borrow money against what we may bring in from possibly qualifying for Europe each season. Nor do I think they would be allowed to borrow money against the fact that we hope to qualify for Europe. I also believe Moyes will not be forced to sell anyone in the summer.

Just my view.

all clubs do this look at west ham borrowed money against next 2 seasons ticket sales plus recieved and spent 70%of advertising revenue for next 5 years in the first year.

i never actually said we would borrow against euro games

Please make more sense.

Your whole point of this thread was whether we'd have to cut costs (i.e. sell players) if we don't qualify for Europe.

As you "never actually said we would borrow money against Euro games", what was your point in the above post?
