Ehh, he has the most headed duels won in the league. He's won 50% of his aerial duels, which is pretty great for a forward.

What they don’t tell you is that almost all of them headers won are 40-50yards from goal, and there’s rarely anyone close enough to him to get his knock down

Someone said he wasn't winning headers, he is. That is what I was responding to.

It's not a terrible stat, it's a terrible tactic not having anyone near him when he wins the header.

No 50% success is decent as he can’t win them all and to expect him to win the majority is totally unreasonable however what you say is true….its great winning them, but 1) where in the pitch is he winning them - the majority is not in the penalty or six yard box and 2) are they directly or indirectly contributing to chance creation or goals
