hahaha utter tosh. The RS play a 433, so when firminho dropsit puts the defender in a verydifficult situation, if he goes then they’ll be exploited by mane and salah

we don’t play that formation, we play Bambi has a target man and 2 wingers, it’s why all our play goes down the flank. Bambi is supposed to be there, but he’s not. He’s dropped 30 yards to collect a ball and rub Gylfi arse in the process

Have you been watching gay porn again?

Everton's acquisitions, under Silva's watch, have fitted in quite unlike some of the poor dealing from previous Everton managers. We just need to allow time for Silva to have a few more players to come in and rid the poor players Silva had inherited. Shame Gbamin is out injured. I believe he would have made a real difference.
Silva should have been gone weeks ago, I think if it wasn’t for his good run at the end of last season he could well have been gone in the summer, those results weren’t as good as they looked as most of the teams were suffering from fatigue due to European commitments. Imo he’s the worst manager we have had since Mike Walker, Martinez and Koeman did have good moments and big Sam did what he was asked to do (so I don’t really count him as he wasn’t here long enough) , very few good times since silva has been here. I keep looking at football news hoping he’s been told to leave, I really hope it’s sooner rather than later. We will never ever be where we want to be with him as manager.

Silva needs time to clear out the poor acquisitions under previous managers. Only then can we progress.

Sorry disagree, Silva is a very very poor manager, we are going to need at least one more manager change before we can start to look like a top 6 team. It’s was only the West Ham game he really changed things, he should have been doing that months ago. Imo Manager Change needs to happen ASAP.

I don't think there's fire in the belly to sack Silva from the board. No one has a Plan A. The narrative from the knee jerkers will ultimate ruin our club.

The modern tactics of football is that the number 9 plays a deeper role allowing space for the wide men to score goals. DCL has scored the same of goals in the premiership as Firmino but in two fewer games. Yet nobody gives Firmino stick.

Leicester form is the result of a coherent transfer strategy. Everton didn't have one prior to Silva's appointment.

Hopefully, Tosun the warmonger gets shipped out in January. His goals per minute ratio is shocking bad.
You can’t compare duck to firmino. They are worlds apart from a football perspective.

I hope your wrong about the board, but If they are planning to stick with silva think they may regret it, as there will be a manager change before long because silva just clearly isn’t good enough. I’m no knee jerker I never wanted him here in the first place, he sort of did ok with a poor hull team but couldn’t save them, he started off ok at Watford but that went down hill massively, some blame us for turning his head, but even if that was the case it shows how un professional he is. He should never have been given the job. Sooner out the better.

I agree but I think if things aren’t working he has to tweek things to suit the personnel and I don’t think that happens enough. I want him to succeed but he’s on borrowed time at the moment.

The thing is Everton's troubles started during Martinez's stewardship. I'm not blaming Roberto for the mess we're in now. Martinez was never given adequate funding to replace an ageing defence. Instead he was forced to punt buy which didn't come to fruition . Koeman's transfer shocker meant he had to go. Sam Allardyce's transfer antics ultimately cost his job.

So far, Silva's buys have worked out well barring injuries. Everton has to get its transfer strategy right if they are to improve. Sacking a manager risks bringing in another manager who waste money on the transfer market. We must not ride the Ferris wheel of appointing managers who buy poor players. We must not go around in circles. Stability is what we need before the big push for success.

To be fair, if DCL was juiced up like that lot, he'd probably be unplayable too. Gylfi would probably still be anonymous.

How have silva transfer worked out well, we rarely ever win usually lose. We do have some decent individuals but he hasn’t a clue how to play them together, very poor manager with no plan B. If we go out of the cup and lose to spurs, I reckon that’s his lot, the cup game is massive for him.

Sam Allardyces transfer antics? He was only ever here short term. I'm actually amazed they let him spend what he did. And both them contributed massively to our upturn in fortunes. It was nowhere near as flamboyant or wasteful as the 2 either side of him.

Big Sam got a lot of stick, but he did come in and do the job he was asked to do, I’ve got no issues with him, not great football but he did what he had to do.
