On a brighter note, and to get back to the original thread purpose, got my girls sitting nicely together

The fact is that the jaw strength of these breeds is significantly higher, therefore they are physically capable of causing more harm to a human than other breeds. I've seen mega aggressively tempered small dogs (chihuahuas and the like) but they do not have the power to overcome even a toddler enough to cause deadly injury before the alarm would be raised.

You've never seen a chihuahua on the 'roids have you? Honestly, there's one who goes to my gym and it took a guys leg off over the 12kg kettlebell.

From what we were told, he had been tied up all the time. It was a long time ago when there weren't any dog rescue places around here so it was just on the word of a friend that it needed a home. It just went for any other dog without warning. I was getting him out of the car when an adolescent GS and his owner were passing. Went straight for it's back. I tried to protect the pup and chomp! I should have been more aware, to be honest. It had attacked other dogs before.

I really despise people that mistreat animals. It messes them up for life. I rescued a GSD in 94 after his owner went to prison. She was fine with me and with my wife but aggressive towards others and killed our cat. Sadly I I just had to give her back. Clearly had a rubbish upbringing
