Everton as an entity are a singular party. Therefore 'Does Everton realise' is correct, as in 'does he', 'does she' or 'does it'.

Alas there's no-one at Everton commercially savvy enough to take advantage of those marketing opportunities unfortunately. I'm certain we would have exploited the American and Australian markets aggressively if the right people has been in place.
