I follow the England cricket team.

Please tell me you went to the game East Fife four, Forfar five. lolEast Fife - actually, they were my first team, as when I was a boy I used to go to all the games with my dad, who worked there, but then they were eclipsed by Everton as I got a bit older and the glamour of the old first division got to me. I still follow them, and I also look out for the results of their Fife rivals Raith: as a football-daft (or just plain daft) teen, I saw loads of games at Raith's ground as they alternated their home games with East Fife's, meaning I could see a match every Saturday.
Have you ever been on tour with them ? I’m no fan of cricket but I’ve got a few mates who have followed them everywhereI follow the England cricket team.
No. It was just a joke mate. Because they're crap just like Everton. They're currently 90 for 8 in the West Indies decider. Sorry, didn't expect my post to be taken seriously.Have you ever been on tour with them ? I’m no fan of cricket but I’ve got a few mates who have followed them everywhere

And Teletext page 8/10 ?I saw him play for The Shots once in about 88. He stood out as a decent forward so much that I actually thought about writing to Palace about him. I didn’t even know he was on loan from Palace!
(Separate point; how difficult was it to find out stuff pre internet-if you were a kid, unless you had a teams fixture list you had to rely on each weeks Pools coupon!)
Stuart Rimmer? Cyril Regis turned out for us for a bit too.Always remember Chester having a boss striker in the early to mid 90’s . Can’t remember his name
Once the mighty Fylde have their harpoon in you, it's hard to let go.Still dream about The Coasters
It wasn’t Rimmer ,Stuart Rimmer? Cyril Regis turned out for us for a bit too.
I certainly saw Forfar more times than I can remember... but never when the scoreline ended up in that announcer's dream (and don't get me started on announcers who put the emphasis on the second syllable in "Forfar"). The crowd at Bayview were always merciless to both teams, and after my first trip to Goodison I told my dad it was "like the Bayview of England", in terms of the way the fans got on their own players' backs - so I felt quite at home. Please tell me you went to the game East Fife four, Forfar five. lol
Not sure then, Carl Dale? Psycho Gary Bennett was also with us before doing the unspeakable and joining Deadpool FC.It wasn’t Rimmer ,
I look at it differently. If you were a parent of more than one child, which one would you love more?No from me. Its like cheating on yer missus. Nothing but Everton through thick and thin.
I see your point. Orphanage for both if they ain't blue. Me being a failed father with his life in tatters. lol xI look at it differently. If you were a parents of more than one child, which one would you love more?
