The issue is we effectively need to pay big wages to get these guys in like city/Chelsea did before we get regular top 7 finishes and then can attract those players based on our reputation, which Martinez has shattered these last 2 seasons.

Sadly it seems we are not willing to spend big on wages otherwise I think Witsel would be done as would this stoke fella.
