Reidy's Bottle Of Grecian
The Unobstructed View
Manchester United have expressed an interest in acquiring the services of Everton's Seamus Coleman.
The Irishman has had an excellent season at Goodison Park where he has shone on the right flank. Initially deployed at full back, his attacking prowess and eye for goal have seen him pushed further upfield where he has become a regular for the Toffees. In a competitive area of the squad, Coleman has often been preferred to Diniyar Bilyaletdinov and Leon Osman, highlighting his meteoric rise.
United have been casting covetous glances to other members of Everton's midfield with Jack Rodwell a long-term target. However, Sir Alex Ferguson now hopes to add Coleman to his ranks after being impressed with his versatility. United already have a Republic of Ireland international on their books as a utility player in John O'Shea while Rafael Da Silva appears to be the future of the right back berth at Old Trafford.
But Ferguson has always been keen on sweeping up the best local talent and Coleman fits the bill with a £8m bid expected in the summer.
ALERT ALERT dont want Kenladen sneaking this, under the cover of another investor being put to sea.
