If you follow him on Twitter and read his messages to the journo who did that first article he CERTAINLY didn't expect them to lead with transfers. He was quoted out of context unfortunately.

Everyone needs to strengthen, even Barca, that's why they're buying Fabregas for £40m. It's not news.

No worries mate, we've had assurances that there's a £15M warchest for Moyes to spend. Being Scottish it's likely he's waiting for the Euro to drop further before starting the spending spree.

In any case Kenwright is apparently selling the club this summer.
