Todays Daily Mail makes disgusting reading.

"A gang of 20 boys ages 14 to 17 and several school girls, chased and stabbed a boy to death in Victoria Tube Station in the middle of rush hour on Thursday at 5.20pm"

14-17!!!

What sort of crap hole of a country do we live in eh?

50% of the pupils who attend the school in question speak English as a 2nd language!!!

WFT???

Don't worry though....the MP's will sort it all out on 'Question Time'...

Just before 'The Wire' starts..

If I had posted this I would have been well called a racist, but your right why are our schools inundated with foreigners?

Thing is Ghost. I can't confirm that 50% are foreigners. I can only confirm that 50% speak english as a second language, their first language being Chav or perhaps fluent in "safe man innit blood".

Just the facts from page 4 of the Daily Mail. Nothing made up.

These yobs only ran off after the stabbing coz Johnny Heitinga turned up with his fists clenched.

Certain areas of London do have a massive problem.

As silly as it may seem, an episode in the series 'Silent Witness' actually captivates the difficulties very well. Series 12, 'Safe' if anyones interested.

Seems a bit silly to me unfortunately.

Yeah, people asked me why I didn't go to London years ago to find work, why would I ever want to live in a place like that?

This is one of those strange things. All the time I've lived in London I don't think I've ever felt unsafe. These things do seem very gang related, so if you're not part of that environment then it's generally no more unsafe than anywhere else in the country.

As for why kids feel this sort of thing is ever justified, I really don't know. It's a terrible waste of life.

It's not just the gang stuff for me. Everytime I am down there I just don't enjoy the people around me.

We got lost once and was asking this woman the way and she just darted off like I was about to stab her. I mean wtf?

I'm happy up here in my bubble.

My mum was in London for some exhibition on Thursday. The thought of a 20 plus gang of knife weilding kids rushing through a train station where my mum is just trying to get on a train, makes me sick.

Totally agree that its not just London at all. Hence why I titled this thread disgusting Britain.

But what can we do? except vote for 1 of 3 people who have 2 homes, 3 cars, and don't pay for anything.

Moyes for PM!!! I'd prefer him to the current scot in power who I NEVER voted for.

People aren't always the most sociable but I think in many cases this depends on where you are. If you're in a tourist spot then you're probably in prime commuter zones so people are generally in a hurry to get wherever they're going.

Get out of the centre, or outside of rush hour, and people aren't so bad. You still won't generally get into a conversation with a stranger on the train mind you whatever time it is :D

They may be in the same area but they won't be out for her. This isn't theft or random acts of violence against strangers. This is done to show off power or some crap against people they know.

Had the same thing outside Clapham junction station. Was trying to find Clapham station as opposed to Clapham junction, and asked 10+ people, some ignored me completely, some didn't understand me, some just said dunno. In the end, guess who pointed me in the right direction.

The Big Issue man with his dog. He addressed me as sir, and wished me a good day.

I sorted him a few quid out of principal. :)

See this brings up some very topical debate.

They won't be out for her unless she says something or tries to stop it.

Which then provokes the question...Should we all stand back as the crimes unfold???

Then the next question, wouldn't you like to think honest people would help you out if you were in trouble and thought you were going to be killed?

opinions please. cheers all.
