Disciplinary table

It's quite astonishing that Wolves have picked up 23 yellow cards in just 9 games. 2.5 yellow cards per game. More than a yellow card every half. Not to mention the amount of moaning their fans do whenever anyone has the cheek to label them a dirty team.

It's good that we're showing that a team can play with passion without necessarily being dirty. The two don't always have to correlate. Long may it continue.

The one that stands out to me is Arsenal.. With wenger always bitching about the physicality of other teams against his kids

after todays game with city, arsenal will be at the bottom

dirty player fabregas, loves asking for those invisible cards.

It's not for gloating, mate. I just thought it was good, in that our players are seemingly not dirty. We're a fair team, playing good football.

i know mate. sorry for the seemingly negative post but... statistics lie, stevie g elbowed someone in the face but only got a yellow (ffs) and skrtl elbowed yakubu in the face (not even a mention - even on this forum) so basically statistics tell their own story. but its nice to see us up there. btw l`pool regularly won(ha) the fair play league years ago so go figure

Does not surprise me to see what teams are down at the bottom. Would be interesting if instead of teams we had a table linking disciplinary failings to managers through what ever teams they had in charge. Bet Allardyce would still be down at the bottom.

So the UEFA one depends on who they want to get into the Europa League then?

Every game I throw away vbookie points on no yellow cards. Why haven't i ever won........?????

Statistics...

Pretty important not to be hamstrung by suspensions as well as injuries though, shows a more measured approach by Moyes defenders. Good to see. IDD
