Personally I would switch the car off and take their keys. Did you know that after only 1 beer you lose 10% of your peripheral vision, regardless of how much it 'effects' you. Most drivers drive using peripherals. It really ticks me off when people decide to gamble with other peoples lives like that.
People who drink and drive kill more than 17000 people a year on the roads. That is more than the number of (our, coalition)service members killed in Iraq and Afghanistan since the conflicts began.
