I am in the Trinity Bar section and my ticket updates fine, problem being it doesn't work. Every game upto the Palace game I scanned it and got entry denied, had to go to the desk we're the guy on the laptop would send me a new email to download. Second game the same thing, this time the guy said I had two tickets with the same number ( my original season ticket which I pass on to my grandson ) he has had no problems at all. The guy gives me another email and says to get InTouch with the box office, which I did they had already changed the number so everything would be fine. Guess what same thing happened again, then for the Palace game it flashes green but the gate wouldn't open tried again and same thing, by now I think the guy on the laptop is getting feed up with me. Hopefully it works for the Spurs game.
