I've had all three of our season tickets on my phone since the start of the season, I've just looked today and only mine is showing for the Newcastle game (I normally scroll across in my Apple wallet and enter all three of us using my phone, now whilst I can get in, neither my husband or my son have their tickets downloaded anywhere).
What do I do? Go back to the original email and try to download them again? I'm not very tech savvy so don't want to mess anything up, I just can't understand why theirs have suddenly disappeared?

Thank you so much - I was about to ring them this morning and thought I'd check one last time and now all three tickets are showing!ring the box office if doesn’t work from the original email i had to do this a couple months back
