did anyone see the protest

The OS does seem intent on prodding the hornet's nest then moaning when they get stung.

It defo is North Korean standard. The only thing I can think of that comes close to this blind obedience is the fawning over Shankly that Kopites indulge in.

I saw the protest, I'd estimate about 700-1000 gathered around the grass area on Spellow lane. I'll post a pic when I can so you can decide for yourself. At around 2.15 everyone headed over to the ground singing "let go, if you love the club..". At that time, trying to get to the Gwladys Street was pretty much impossible. Goodison Road was rammed end to end but it might of been a mixture of non protesters in with the rest.

During the match when it was 1-0 to us, they randomly showed Bill Kenwright in his seat on the screen. Bizzarely, people started clapping. If you were to judge it, you'd say he has massive support by that display.

Quite how the club planted all those people I will never know.

It was all a bit strange for me as I personally sit on the fence on this, mainly because Everton is in my family and in my blood. I plan to keep the tradition of supporting Everton in the family as long as I can, so there's a good chance my bloodline could live on beyond everything that is happening right now at the club until it's just a sub section on a Wikipedia page.

I'm supporting the blue shirts on the pitch.

When the players show passion and commitment, the crowd gets behind them, and for those 90+ rollercoaster minutes today, I didn't give a **** about the board, or the politics, or the media, or the sky6, I just wanted them to shoot ffs, so I could go mental.

Was gutted we drew. I felt we battered them and the ref was poor overall. Only 32,000 there, yet it seemed like a good atmosphere.

Agreed with that. We will easily top 38k in some games this season, and the applause was for a man hemmed in by those that should have no say.

Because I closed the other one doesn't give you guys the right to bring it over here.

Walking a thin line here. Let's try our best to keep this one open shall we?

Provide me with evidence they all were, because the cheers in the paying to get in stadium for BK outdid those that chose to boo (if any).

Why do you have such a problem with those who protest?

Fair do's TX, didn't get my retort earlier for mr.no memory, its out now though.
And I would be very happy to feel part of the big blue ocean again, but sadly some are more focused on divide than they are on conquer the opposition.

Rodwell was superb 1st half, if you didnt notice that, football is clearly not for you.

I said he went missing a LOT in the 2nd half, but I guess you have an agenda.

Made me laugh that post fella , my version of superb and your version are completely different , listen in case you dont know football is all about opinions , one Mans to the next could be chalk and cheese , doesn't mean football's not for them , you'll learn that one day , IMO jack Rodwell was poor yet again

The strong and committed opinion of the unbrainwashed, you are a galant hero and honour this forum. Good for you, and good for all even minded blues that are not caught up in the hate and paranoia that is trying to poison Goodison week in week out.

Nothing personal but he was nowhere close to poor today.

Nowhere close.
