I never managed to complete a rubiks cube ever. did anyone on here.

managed to get my time down to four minutes on a rubiks about 5yrs ago after my nephews got one.

Yeah, when I was about 4 me dad had a rubiks cube. He took the stickers off and arranged them in colour order in the end

I bought one a while back. It's still sitting on my shelf with only the blue side complete.

It did come with instructions on how to solve the puzzle, but I refuse to read them.

i've heard the key is to put the sides around the centre cube, so if the middle cube is orange then that side is orange. i still couldn't do it though useless.

Did the cube the other week, I did look online for the moves like, and tbh there are only about 8 different ones to remember.

Back in the day I had one that had been dismantled and wd40'd for speed, used to be able to do it mega quick as well but when I looked the other week the moves didn't really ring any bells and the order of doing it as well.

I had the snake one and also some keyring ones, a cube and a hex one but not that hex one that you posted it was flat on top and bottom with angled edges, just a cube with diff corners but same solution.

I reckon the arl way was sub 2 mins which seems fast but I reckon sub 2 by quite a bit as well, a Boys Brigade trip to the Isle of Man provided us with a 5 hour ferry crossing that saw us all spend 5 hours 'solving' it, as I recall it didnt really matter how much it was mixed up either as you still went through the same sequences.

never even seen half of them, cube n snake was all i had.

I didn't have all of them, just pasted them from the rubiks site as you asked if there were any others.

If you completed 1 as a kid though your parents had you down as some sort of genius, as the only people that were on telly completing were proper boffins, so they'd go out and get the others in the hoipe of getting you on 'That's Life.'
