I reckon he's some modern day Frankenstein creation made from different bits of Brett Angel, James Beattie and Micheal Madar.

Sven was right. He's a genuinely terrible footballer.

Stracqula, mate, he vants your blood.

If only he vanted to score.

Maybe necks-t week he'll stake a claim for a real run at the squad by connecting on a cross or two.

But.. But.. Everyone thought he was ace after his cameo against WBA

Don't wanna be harsh on him, it's not his fault but he's not good enough end of!

Having time to settle doesn't turn a average championship level player into a premiership class player deserved of wearing the famous royal blue!!

No offense straq!

the only thing going from him last night was the service to him was rubbish in the main however occasionally whenthe ball was played into his feet / chest he was gash

the standards at goodison are at an all time low if his effort at WBA merits a start the very next game

He's very slow, but he shows the occasional nice touch and does more than Cahill. His backheel for Donovan was very intelligent.

Weird player. I really want him to succeed.

Cahill, Neville, Saha and Heitinga are far more deserving of criticism after last night.

A bit harsh on the Stracq there, he didn't have any service really. We could have played Maradona and Pele in that team and it wouldn't have made any difference. He's definitely got something there and he can be quite skillful, so it's all dependent on whether he can adjust to the speed of the league.

I think he did have his moments last night. We all knew could do 60 minutes max and without the chance to substitute him or without any midfield support, I can't really judge him for his last night's efforts. It's not like we have alternatives available anyway.

Are you guys serious he has played 1 full game and you write him off just like that. He was decent as well if saha starts again ill shoot myself

He's the type of player you look back on and say: "Remember when we had that big Argie Straqualersi?!!. Kin ell" - in the same way we talk now about Claus Thomsen and Brett Angel.

Agree the guy is not exactly skillful but you cant fault his effort. He ran his socks off last night and yes I know that doesnt mean hes good enough for us but at the moment he's doing more than a number of our so called better players, who really deserve the criticism after that performance.
