He'd be so, so much better if he carried on playing when he loses the ball. The number of times he goes on a dribble, loses it, and then just leisurely walks around being disappointed with himself. Such an easy thing to improve as well. Sort it out Demarai.

Yep, good point that mate as I've noticed he does it defensively as well. It's like he doesn't assume we will win the ball so is never reactive the situation

Anyone got highlight of his chance? Only seen it live at the game and was like why hasn't he shot, that will cost us as we needed a 2nd goal and it looked like a massive chance.

That was very very close mate. Hard to get too annoyed when it was his shoulder.

Looking right along the line, absolutely no excuse to be caught offside. Gives it away far too easily. He’s not good enough to be in the starting eleven.

I think Gordon should’ve released it earlier tbh because Gray needs to be on the front foot to beat the defenders and he’s already gone before Gordon plays it

On another note, thought Gray worked his socks off for a full 90 there and kept trying to chase down defenders and make runs so good on him

He’s a good player , he was electric last year until his injury and then came back into a team in freefall.

Him dovetailing off DCL/Maupay with Iwobi and Onana progressing from midfield and a decent pre season makes him a danger
