Ding ding. Although Delta Force is based on the SAS CT troop. Now, as I worked at a SEAL team, I have seen a lot of different spec op teams come through our doors, from Ranger and Air Force PJ's to Delta, SAS, Recon and Green Beret's.

Did you know, it is all subjective.....some SEALs have tried the SAS selection and dropped out, just like SAS guys have dropped out of BUD/s. They are all well 'ard though.....although chico could have them all.

None of them are 'harder' or better than the others, and there is an awful lot of mutual respect between them all. One thing to know, if you are on the other side when any of these guys come for you, make sure your will is up to date.
