Anyone have any opinions on this machine?

Dell Studio Hybrid Desktop Details

Looking for information on whether or not it is worth it. Been quoted £300 for the following spec:

Intel Core-2 Duo T800 (2.1 ghz)
4GB Ram
320 GB Hard Disk
DVDRW
On board Graphics
Wireless
4 USB
Vista
Keyboard and Mouse.

If I want a monitor it's an extra £95.

All prices are VAT INC.

Small size and unobtrusive. Low noise is a good point, Wife’s always complaining about my noisy PC. Probably not that upgradable, but if it does what you want and the price is good...who cares

Got no choice mate, I need to test websites on a PC. I usually use Bootcamp on my Mac but for some reason the Windows side of things is not playing nice, so **** it I'm going to get a Dell Hybrid.

It's the space thing. They are fairly small, be nice if I could plug it into my iMac screen, then I wouldn't need to get a monitor and I could just switch it.

You should. Does your tower plug into the monitor with one of those leads that you screw in both sides to tighten, not sure what it's called?

Don't Apples have towers? The actual box with the hard drive, DVD drive, graphics card etc. in. It's called a tower on a PC

No apples dont have towers, they have fluffy cushions you can sit on, cos apple are brilliant and microsoft is EVIL.

The Mac Pro is a tower, but the iMac is different. Seriously, Apple.com take a look.

The Dell Hybrid isn't a tower, it's a little box.

Yeah but it will still be the same connector from box to monitor though. just depends on the connection in the back of your Apple monitor as to whether you can use your existing monitor was what I was getting at
