2023/24 Dele

If you want to discuss drug testing in football, please use world football.

The Dele thread isn't the best place - sure, he's been pictured with laughing gas (as has Sterling, Walker, Aubameyang, Lacazette and about 500 other top flight players), and he's admitted sleeping pill addiction but there's no reason why his thread should be hosting the wider debate.

For further character references please look up what the president of his former employer
in Turkey said about him. For those who do not speak fluent Turkish he said that Deli Ali was
basically a tosser, an expensive waste of space. I would have thought given his body of work
at EFC that that would be a reasonable assessment of the man who if he's not injured is on holiday
or waiting for some press photographer to show up.

When will this con-man take responsibility for his rapid decline as a footballer? Not fighting in the
Ukraine or working in an UCI unit in a hospital or driving a taxi at night no playing footie, this waste of space comes up
with playing the victim and judging by some reactions on here it works.

100k a week. Plays 6 more games for EFC and we have to pay 10 million to Spurs.
Like that your bar for tough lives is Ukraine, Icu and... taxi driving,do bus drivers get to complain or no?

About three months ago on the widely broadcast and viral sky sports interview with Gary Neville, you’ll notice pretty much nobody had his back on here before that came out

he was the victim of sexual, physical and mental abuse. Money doesn’t cure being raped and nearly murdered as a kid mate.

And yeah I bet his former employer did think he was a waste of space because by Dele’s own admission he was ruining his life due to his sleeping pill addiction to try and deal with bottling up his trauma.

Not sure what soldiers or taxi drivers have got to do with a young lad dealing with trauma.

It turns out, they do 2/3 times a year with urine and blood and it can be as little as 1 time a year.

Cocaine will show in urine and blood for a very short period of time.

The lack of high profile drug test failures in football isn’t evidence it’s clean it’s evidence the testing is rubbish. Compare to boxing.

The guy who was challenging my testing I’d setup for Everton was just talking šŸ’© to be awkward.

My test be once a month and hair via 2.5 to 3 times a season on urine and blood.
I’m sure that last paragraph makes sense in some language, but certainly not in English.

But it’s pretty irrelevant, since it wouldn’t have made the blindest bit of difference in Dele’s case.

Because its not trauma. Its a rich boy's excuse for not fulfilling various contracts.

I wonder if he explained fully his so-called medical condition to Frank and Billy the Liar when he signed
his 100k a week contract at EFC?

the classic, "he can't have problems because he's rich argument"

Genuinely two of the grimmest posts I’ve ever read on here, and you managed them back to back.

So you reckon he - in front of the world’s press - made up a story about being sexually abused as a child?

You seem like an absolutely lovely individual
