Mate, my beliefs are probably old school for some on the board, but I am a Christian. Reincarnation as someone with difficulties because one didn't behave in a previous life is just not what I believe.

What Hoddle said about people with disabilities was dreadful.

I don’t listen to the radio show myself but I’d loved to have rang in when McCoist and Woods were discussing it and properly laid into him over it.

No mate, for the Buddhist religion, being reincarnated as a human (any human) is about the best case scenario because it gives you a chance to learn and progress towards attaining Nirvana, breaking the cycle of ignorance and suffering.

If you were a bad human, you'll end up in an appropriately crummy reality designed to teach you about your flaws. Think of reincarnation as being like a snooker table and lives as balls. The energy from one transfers and impacts the trajectory of the next.
 

There's two reason's he's getting stick:

1/ He's Delli Alli and therefore his gear underlines his *disaffection* with football
2/ He plays for Everton - the current whipping boys for what passes for football punditry

The perfect storm for a football media who know the PL title race is over and done with and are casting around for "talking points" to fill their miserable and boring schedules.

It would be ideal if he just 'looked' the part and put in the effort and we could see 'something'...along with a positive result.

Came a fair distance to my boy's school as well (working in Hampshire at the time). He said he was impressed as well!
