Deep Deep do-do

There was a chance in the summer to have a reset and change the narrative.

We had to secure the stadium funding, have a clean sweep of the current board, Kenwright included and replace with experienced, competent professionals.

If we’d done that and had an adequate forward lined up when the window opened then there would have been a much more positive and optimistic feel to the club.

We didn’t do any of that whatsoever and now here we are with threads like this 2 games in to the season.

We are in it and right now there doesn’t appear to be anyway out.

Lack of funds or restriction on spending.

The players we are being linked with and bringing in are Championship standard at best.

The existing players seem to be rallying against the fans and the abuse they are receiving from them.

The board is a complete non entity and there appears to be no leadership whatsoever.

The promised investment and winds of change appears to be as far off as it did this time last year.

The manager talks a good game but appears to be out of his depth too.

It’s a diabolical mess all round.

Anyone who thinks we are going to avoid relegation this year needs their head testing.
No crap then Sherlock lol

Sadly, I can see us relegated before Christmas.

I heard someone the other day he could see Everton getting relegated with a goals scored tally that matched Derby County a few years ago. 21 goals i think it is.
I laughed. Then started to think hold on...non existent striker. No goals from midfield. Can the two centre halves chip in with 10 each maybe...

Bielsa. Ok hear me out. We are dire. But we have some promising youngsters, Chermiti , Cannon, etc. Sack Duche immediately and get Bielsa in. He can work with them. Change things because the current inertia ar management and playing level is killing this club….
He has a job doesn't he?

Manager of Uruguay.

I watched Villa laugh at us on Sunday and I was not even surprised or arsed if I am honest. I actually do believe that I have got to the point were I no longer care. I will probably care again come the weekend, but right now not even arsed, and this is getting more and more common for me. Plus, with Billy Boy still here what is the point? Golf is becoming far more enjoyable.
Sadly the same has happened for me but with cycling. Just turned it off and half time and jumped on my bike.

Kept getting updated on the score on my cycling computer and laughed at 4 nil and KEANE in capitals.

We are in deep doo doo but it's still only two games in I will wait till the injuries clear and who we have brought in to judge, but yes it's going to be another long battle to stay up and like the last two years it was so preventive... If they had got a proper forward in early we beat Fulham. If the necessary improvements don't come fast from the manager players and club, I will joined the resigned to going down camp.(again except this time very early).
