I hope we do get a couple more in as the squad looks annoyingly stale at the moment. However, if its the loan Market, there isn't going to be much decent in that. As someone said above, we could do without another Castillo really.

I know what your saying about Castillo but its easy to forget our successes with loans. Arteta, Pienaar, Howard and my favourite Big Dunc .It can lead to better things, lets hope Moysey has one of these up his sleeve. Like I said above, probably not realistic but you never know I suppose.......ahhhh how we could do with Big Dunc in his pomp now *hairs on neck stand on end*

El Spaceo Watcho:

Steve Round has refused to rule out the possibility of Everton making new signings before the end of the transfer window on Tuesday.

The assistant Everton manager was speaking before the Huddersfield game this evening and told Evertonians to “watch the countdown.”

“Recruitment is an ongoing process always, so the window shuts but we will be at the international games to see who we could possibly sign in January, the following year, and you are forever looking,” he said.

“Something might break this week but I think the manager is pleased with his squad. I think he is pleased with where he is at. That’s not to say nothing will happen – you never know. Watch the countdown.”

judging by the various murmurings from Round and Kenwright, I do think that we will see 2 or three players brought in over the next few days but they will mainly be loans
