2025/26 David Moyes

Europe is done now so he has no excuse not to play youngsters and give them precious developmental minutes. Next game I better not f*ing see McNeil and O'Brien at RB. I want to see Dibling with O'Brien at CB. He also needs to cut this crap out moving Ndiaye to right where he's so much worse, when George can be just as effective on both sides, makes no sense. Also with 8 minutes left chasing a game, your telling me aznou can't offer more going forward than myko, do me a favour Moyes and cut the crap excuses. He did very well last season but he's used 25 players this year (fewest out of any manager) and done worse in most metrics than last season yet we've improved the squad. I wanted him to work but his attitude whenever anyone dare question his decisions on top of his obvious stubborn deficiencies make me want to move on from him this summer
Aznou not even on the bench. No striker on the bench either. The bench should be there for all eventualities not to put the most highest in the pecking order on with too many players of similar position

Will he now do another set of interviews like after the Chelsea game?

Sit back as if hes an elite coach and superstar manager and take the praise for sitting in 11th?

Wheel out a couple of players whose careers hes saved.

Someone needs to ask him why he's got:

Aznou
Dibling
Alcaraz
Iroegbunam
Barry
Armstrong
George

Yet doesnt seem to have developed any of them and has O'Brien at RB setup to fail against Summerville who knows he can beat him over and over again.

TFG have to get Iraola on the blower and make £150mil available for the squad to be rebuilt.

Scott, Rayan, Kroupi, Milosavljevic, Truffert, Jimenez

ALL well developed by Iraola over the season. Just like he'd done with the previous crop.

Moyes OUT

….somebody’s happy, plenty to keep Zat going for another week.

When we win you say it’s a Moyes tactical masterclass, when we loose you say he’s not an elite coach 😄

Covering your bases.

….i’ve said he maybe should’ve freshened things up but up until the last minute of the Derby we were on a good run. We hammered Chelsea a few weeks ago and all was well, such is the fickle nature of football.

I’d be amazed if anybody in authority in the club is thinking about replacing Moyes as he’s done a terrific job.
We hammered Chelsea but in hindsight they've just sacked the manager that was in place as they were taking a beating every week.

Other than that, have we really put in any absolutely outstanding performances or won any games that we wouldn't be expected to win? Villa maybe, but they're a streaky team. Rolled over for all the sky 6 teams, out of the cups to Sunderland and Wolves, we lost 3-0 to this spurs team which should be a sackable offence by itself tbh.

He's done a good job creating togetherness and resilience among the group of players he likes, I'll give you that. But players that fall outside of that group have been treated pretty poorly, and looking at the results we've had this season on paper I would really struggle to see how exactly he's done a 'terrific job'

Personally I would be amazed if our billionaire yank owner is satisfied with mid table mediocrity. I know not all agree with that and more than a few posters think they're just here for the real estate and money making opportunities. Imo - two groups of people who are generally uncomfortable with the optics of mediocrity are yanks and billionaires.

we lost to spurs who wasn’t in that bottom 3 at that time and had a good away record
