2025/26 David Moyes

Not going to fully defend him because subs in game have been poor and feel he can adapt the formation of the team. Pressure will be on him to take this team forward, still feel he has even tho a frustrating season so far. Has to be backed again in jan to bring in players to help push us forward again. Also needs to manage players better barry alcaraz dibbling ect. Could bringing in a striker coach help the lads uptop get more confidence

I’m sensing we are entering another winter of discontent amongst Evertonians with a civil war between manager in and manager out.

And I’m totes here for it. Let the hate flow you super bloos, demand NSNO as your birthright.

You happy clapping lefties best step up.
Death
Taxes
Unhappy Evertonians

The holy trinity of sure fire inevitability’s.

All of this, really

You dont keep repeating the same things that fail you, thats insanity.

We will keep moaning until he gets it right that how it works.
Were predictable and his stubbornness could lead him to the sack
But isn't moaning just repeating the same old same old? hence insanity?

These circular patterns don't really achieve much.

There is a problem no one has gotten onto as yet. Why can we only play for about 45 minutes. We either play a blinder first half and go off a cliff second, or, start the game in reverse gear then wake up second half. Jekyll and Hyde (snide?) aura about the team. Can't follow any rhyme or reason to it. But it's becoming noticeable.

Did not realise how bad he was at Sunderland, no wonder the fans hated him.

Moyes did a superb job last season, he overachieved given the players at his disposal.
My view is that there has been so much turnover that he doesn't know his best team. I echo what others have said in that the way he has managed Barry, Dibling, Alcaraz and Beto has been poor and drained their confidence which has been reflected with their performances on the pitch.
I'm not overly bothered about style as winning football is what matters (are Arsenal as pleasing on the eye as previous league champions - arguably not but how good is that team at winning football matches). There are obvious issues which are not being addressed with the starting line up.
It is frustrating.
