Who said anything about winning the league? We haven't looked like winning a cup in as long really either .
As i said before every manager rests players..wolves made 9 tonight so its a bit ridiculous to say we couldn't win it . Did wolves disrespect us as well then?
We can be annoyed yes . But we can also be some what measured and not be calling for the manager to be sacked on the basis .

The fact Wolves are in trouble and resting players is even more reason to play our best team and go beat them. But I honestly only care about what we do because we should be desperate for a trophy.

These sort of results happen every year to us in cups because we give minutes to players who are not good enough. Our squad players showed tonight they are very average. They shouldn't be on the field in winnable games.

Silva always rotated and lost winnable Cup ties. Moyes has just done the same. It shows that the manager doesn't understand what this club needs and what it means to the supporters. Not taking matches seriously should be a sackable offence.

I'm a big fan of Moyes in the context of a club who has won nothing in over 30 years. He will most likely get us back in the top 10 within 2 seasons and well clear of relegation which is a step in the right direction.

But that was a disgrace from him tonight. Completely disrespected the club and fans by picking such a weakened team.

If you all want to get excited about a cup competition for who can beat the most B teams, then be my guest. It's a clown cup and a distraction from actual football. We're never winning it in any of our lifetimes and even if we did there's no way I'm partying with you scruffs

Newcastle won the cup last year beating Chelsea, Arsenal and Liverpool along the way. Palace had a nice easy run early on in the FA Cup but then had to go to Fulham and beat a good Villa and City at Wembley. I don’t think our squad is there yet, we should have won tonight but if we had to go up against any of the top teams, especially away, I don’t think we could beat more than one at most in a cup run. Hopefully if the squad improves further, that will change.

So last season crystal Palace first 11 is better than our first 11 this season...no chance. If they can do it, so can we, as long as we play the first 11.
