Having Dyche at the Helm would have emboldened the teams below us...we were team void of any attacking threat, coupled with a terribly toxic manager, who the fans hated.

Moyes probably had us safe within a month.

Under Dyche I genuinely couldn't have told you were our next win was coming from.
Doubt teams at the bottom had us on their minds, they were worrying more about their next game.Im by no means a Dyche apologist but the injuries to MC Niel and Ndaiye didn't help him much at the time,it's all supposition but at least we might have had the chance of a more attack minded younger coach this window when Dyche left who might have looked for younger pacier more creative players. Moyse will hopefully do enough to get us around the 10-12 position next season with his pragmatic approach which given our last four will be an improvement, but I'm not expecting anything spectacular.

How will people feel if Vitor does a Nuno and gets Wolves into the Champions league next year? He’s done a tremendous job so far. It would be a sore one given how many times we nearly appointed him.

(Not saying it’s likely btw, he’ll probably fall out with his players next season, he’s a bit erratic for me)
Moyes got West Ham to Conference League final and semis of Europa League.

Vitor would have been a risky hire. Especially given the players we have. Not sure that success would have replicated. Wolves have rolled the dice and got a six so far. But it’s a game of snakes and ladders and there is a lot that can change. Not sure that they will be get to champions league though.
Wolves had a good team, that needed to gel. I don’t see that with wolves.
Wolves had decent side who couldn't defend,he did a good job of getting them well organised. We could defend but could score. Think he may have struggled here with our squad.

Anything in the top half would be pretty spectacular for me at the minute.
Moyes was good at getting the right players at the right age first time round. We need that again

If the only thing that changed is that we were mathematically safe earlier this season than last and are still the club immediately above the relegation zone, that is not success to me. It sucks always being in that position. This better be one hell of a transfer window or it’s going to be more matches like this one all next season.

We are playing away at 4th in the table who have spent like a £1billion on their squad and arguably should be level based on 2nd half and have taken the game to them.

We gave Moyes a loan deal to try and fix the squad mid season. Honestly, short memories.
