Let's see if that's the case.
Moyes is staying for 3 or 4 seasons minimum. The only way he doesn't is if he has us in relegation danger in the next season or 2 which i don't see. And then if he isnt challenging for Europe in the season after that and we have spent a lot of money. You might as well get used to it

Putting pressure on here at match level is meaningless fine and reprimand and mind your manners "little Everton". Will be what Freidkin group can do behind the scenes "nerworking" with EPL and referee association etc. Will take time to build on those relationships and lean into them and have that "competitive advantage".
For me, nobody should have any advantage. When you actually see a fair and competent referee in action it is a joy!

Seriously now, is this not the Moshiri route? Would it not be more sensible to let Moyes steady us for at least one full season before moving on to the big shiny thing? It seems that so many times we’ve tried to skip ahead to the end and it has ended up biting us. Shouldn’t we let Moyes reach his ceiling of around 8th before we change managers yet again? Constant and steady improvement should be the aim, no?

Yes, Moyes has done very well since coming in. But let's have it right about today, shall we: we just let slip a 2 goal lead deep into the game against the worst United team I can remember since forever.

That should have been a minimum 2-0 win.

It just underlines to me that Moyes is decent but he's nowhere near being the manager we need from next season to build a team at this club.

Our owners would be absolutely clueless to give a manager a 2.5 year deal and sack him in the summer when it looks like he’s going to comfortably do the job asked of him and much more.
Imagine you joined a failing company on a new contract, comfortably outperformed your performance indicators and got them running well, and then got sacked after a few months as they wanted a younger man because he was “more photogenic.”

Picked up more points than your boy Nipple since he took the job.

He’s got 14 points out of 21, do you think any other manager could do that with this squad? I didn’t want Moyes at all and hated the fact he got a long contract but he’ll be here next season and rightly so after the job he’s done so far.

Yeah, we are gonna sack a manager with 1 defeat in 7.

:lol::lol::lol:
Do TFG strike you as people who give a 💩 about a paltry record like that?

They can see the position we're in and they can no doubt already see the weaknesses in Moyes management.

The losses against Villa and B'mouth were instructive, as is throwing away points against United today which feels like a loss.
