Weird piling on of individual members is kopite behaviour. The number of times I've seen davek tagged in a thread where he hasn't participated in the conversation is just plain weird to me.

What a weird take!

The reason many of us give it back to him is because he takes great satisfaction in attempting to gas light the fan base on a regular occurrence.

That’s what is kopite behaviour !

What goes around, comes around…

Lampard got the club and fans but wasn't quite good enough as a manager.

Dyche didn't get the club or fans and was a below average manager.

Benitez was just wrong.

Moyes gets the club, gets the fans, and is a good manager.

It wasn't an exciting appointment but it was an excellent decision. Kudos to everyone involved so far. The owners for making the right choices (Sacking Dyche when he made his position untenable and making this choice), the DoF for identifying players that can play at this level and are good enough, the players for uplifting their game and actually doing the hard yards in the right way (:, and the manager for making Everton enjoyable again and making sure we play in the way that we should play.
Nailed it💙

Had to press "show ignored member" to see this....

Top class.

I was a little worried after the Villa game as everything felt a little flat after the initial euphoria of his welcome and that night also showed he couldn't just magic up goals from a limited team.

What has happened since then is as near perfect as you can get and everything you want from an Everton team.

Alcaraz already feels another one of those great Moyes spots from his first spell so I really think another 2-3 signings of that ilk to join him, Ndiaye and Branthwaite and there's a basis to have a proper go at getting back in the top half next season.
For Moyes to take us beyond where he did in his last spell, I think recruitment will be massive. You need attacking players who can do something out of nothing or out of very little like that man city player today. Players like that are often what separates the top top teams and the rest. We had some really really.good players under Moyes last time but arguably not one that had that extra bit of magic in front of of goal. Not knocking the players we did have! Cahill and fellaini being my personal favourites. Maybe the yak as well
