EDWIN VAN DER SAR reckons David De Gea is lastly settled as Manchester United's No1.
The Spanish stopper, 22, was dropped within the initial half from the season but has bounced back given that his recall.

And United legend Van der Sar believes that can prove to become a turning point in his profession.

The Dutchman stated: “I assume which is the way everyone has observed it.

“The very first half from the season along with the year prior to, there have been some mixed feelings.

"The gaffer changed it up just a little bit to play Anders Lindegaard for 3 or 4 games.

“But then David came back in and we stuck with him.

"From that point, his performances grew and he became a lot more critical towards the group all the time.

"It has been a superb turn about for him when it comes to his performances and his personal self-confidence in becoming the cheap manchester united jersey goalkeeper."

De Gea was named inside the PFA Group from the Year for his performances as United won the title.

And Van der Sar added: “Of course, the PFA recognition was terrific however the major factor you wish would be to win the Premier League.

"Personal accolades are good however the most important issue is winning a thing together with the group. That was normally my preferred selection.

“As lengthy as your team-mates are content with you as well as your manager plays you every single week, these will be the finest accolades you will get.

"Of course, just after you win the league it is actually good to appear at person trophies however the group normally comes very first.”

I'd agree, he was brilliant when he first burst onto the scene at Ath Madrid, had to adopt a lot to the Premier League. Last season proved he is now back to his best.

Still only young so should get better, that is until Chris Woods gets his hands on him.
