That's fantasy island though mate - There is no possibility of right form and fitness for Gibson. It's like saying with the right improvement in physical strength, Leon Osman would have been a dominant midfielder. It's a dream that can't happen in reality.

A fully fit Gibson would be a decent squad player. Unfortunately he's injury prone, and as he gets older and doesnt look after himself, he's unlikely to keep injury free. Him and Cleverley belong with O'Shea, Brown and Evans at teams like Sunderland.
