Gibson would be a good squad player, sometimes on bench, sometimes on pitch, but I think he will exit Everton. I think he's got ambitions to play regularly in Premier League.

Good player when fit unfortunately that's not very often. He offers something different to our other CM's with his passing range but either sell him now for whatever we can get and save 6 months wages or he can leave on a free at the end of the season.

His most recent injury was a hernia, FFS. That's about as self-inflicted an injury as it's possible to get.
