Difficult to work him out so far, I like his intentions, and he passes forwards alot more than Fellaini and Rodwell, whether or not he is actually a good passer or not though, I'm not so sure. He might just be one of those players who hits the ball into decent areas, some come off, some don't, but they tend to force mistakes or push a team backwards. On the downside I'd say he doesn't look like the most mobile player in possession of the ball, he'd tended to play with way he's facing and releasing the ball early when under pressure. That could just be down to lack of football, though.

He's a midfielder, if he keeps a defender out of midfield it's enough for me.

I stick with my initial assessment tho, even if he's not very good, at least he's been brought up to understand how passing works and tries to get in the correct positions.

My thoughts exactly, fills the gaps and passes the ball in the right areas.

Nothing special, but neither was Lee Carsley and I thought he was amazing.

If Moyes signed him because he thought he might get a deflected winner against city then he's on another plane of cognitive enlightenment.

Not to **** off Darron though. He's very rusty but he shows glimmers of good things in all areas and could prove to be a shrewd buy.
