Weather we sign the mentioned players this morning or not fundamentally there where and still are big problems at GP.
The money side I can near enough live with, i can even live with the basic bias the top four clubs recieve and the cynical attitude of said clubs players who seem to walk through the rain drops.
But what i cant stand is what seems to be a Russian type power struggle that seems to be going within Goodison with minnions putting their 2p in.
Ian Ross` comments believe them or not (imo, why would GOD lie) cause an air of a split between DM & Mr. Kenwright if its there or not.One of the two has to seem to be in control of their side of the situation, BK by either saying there isnt a split and throwing the cash about(bit late now).
Or DM signing his new contract or resigning.
But one thing is for sure Ian Ross should be getting the famous `taxi for Ross` this morning no ifs or buts.

We're bound to sign players, I still dont get what the worry is about. It would have been nice to have them in before pre-season, but Moyes is good enough to know we have to get players in.

I was watching ESPN classic yesterday, they showed some Everton games from the Walter Smith era. Some people keep forgetting that we still have a very good side. Arteta, Cahill, Yak, Lescott, Yobo, Jags, Pienaar. These are very good players, not average. Football is about winning games, not who can sign the most players as soon as possible. The panicking should start if we lose the first few games of the season and thats the only time it should start.

We havent signed anyone and we might not for the next few days or weeks, thats the way it is.

For me its not the signing or not signing of players.Yes going off last season we`re the best of rest no doubt about it.But you`ve got to admit at the arse end of last season the lads where out on their feet or the injuries some had been carrying finally took the toll on them.A bit of forward thinking this close season woulnt have gone a miss.
Look at the last two weeks, Kenwright making a very odd point in a n interview, Wyness jumps ship with no explaination Kikby gets called in(one and the same?).BK basically says EFC up for sale, and to top it all some P.R johnny comes out with that. that looks like an unhappy ship to me, no?
